#Christmas and New Year in #Iceland?

Organising a Family Trip to #Iceland

So you want to take the children to Iceland for a trip of a life time, or they have gone on a school trip and it was so good you now want to go and take more family members. Or you have seen the Justin Bieber video and want to swim, skate board and see great views.

Iceland Traveller has several options and can advise for the greatest flexibility and enjoyment when travelling with children, recommending either a self-drive trip, hiring a driver-guide or a mix of both.

Don’t take our word for it, read the article form the Sunday times here when a reader asked ‘My husband and I want to take our kids (aged 10 and 14) to Iceland in April. Is it easy to organise a short break ourselves? https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/iceland-for-families-jazz-brunch-in-brooklyn-z2mdlr79z55

And Jeremy Lazell suggested ‘Iceland Traveller offers a self-drive loop southeast of Reykjavik that packs a lot into five days.’ See the article below.

Iceland is a year-round destination and doesn’t just offer outdoor adventure. We believe it’s important to take your time and really engage with everything Iceland has to offer so we will always encourage visits to swimming pools, spas and natural lagoons, which are outdoors, geothermally heated and definitely one of the most authentic aspects of any trip.
